The car wiring harness is the main body of the car circuit, and there is no car circuit without the wiring harness. Wire Harness refers to the components that connect the circuit by bundling the wire harness after the touch terminal (connector) punched out of copper is crimped with the wire and cable, and then the insulator or metal shell is added on the outside. The wire harness industry chain includes wire and cable, connectors, processing equipment, wire harness production and downstream application industries. The wire harness is widely used and can be used in cars, household appliances, computers and communication equipment, various electronic instrument surfaces, etc. The body wire harness connects the entire body , the general shape is H-shaped.

Car wires, also known as low-voltage wires, are different from general household wires. General household wires are copper single-core wires with a certain hardness. The car wires are all copper multi-core soft wires, some soft wires are as thin as hair, and several or even dozens of soft copper wires are wrapped in plastic insulating tubes (polyvinyl chloride), which are soft and not easy to break.

Because of the particularity of the car industry, the production process of the car wiring harness is also more special than other general wiring harnesses.
